I have been through several real estate deals; but John worked magic on this one. He actually sold my townhouse and got me more $ for the townhouse than some of the larger ones in the complex, with fireplaces ! He set a record for getting me the highest $ amount of all the condo's that are the same size and even larger than mine. I have nothing but praise for his help and attention to detail; patience in explaining any details that weren't clear. It was like working with your best friend. He even supplied me with a face mask for the signing, because I didn't have one, and he was concerned, and arranged that I can stay as long as necessary so I can move when the "plaque" is over.
