I have worked with John on many real estate purchases and sales over the last 15 years whether it is land, single or multi families and forclosures. His attention to detail, level of commitment and knowledge are a cut above the rest. It can be daunting in a time of uncertainty for clients especially if they are not well versed in the real estate market. John does everything in his power to provide relevant information and guidance no matter the day or time, 24 hour service means just that. There has never been a time where he hasn’t been available to me, and no question is to big or small. What I like most is that John is working for his client but also is cognizant of the other client and their team as well. He gets results in a quick, seamless fashion and is a thorough communicator. He treats all of his clients past present and future like family.

I have been through several real estate deals; but John worked magic on this one. He actually sold my townhouse and got me more $ for the townhouse than some of the larger ones in the complex, with fireplaces ! He set a record for getting me the highest $ amount of all the condo's that are the same size and even larger than mine. I have nothing but praise for his help and attention to detail; patience in explaining any details that weren't clear. It was like working with your best friend. He even supplied me with a face mask for the signing, because I didn't have one, and he was concerned, and arranged that I can stay as long as necessary so I can move when the "plaque" is over.
